Okay, I am tired all the time. I know why, yet I do nothing about it. My nutrition is crap. I have gone totally off the wagon or is it on the wagon? Anyway, it's not good.
I've got to get reacquainted with my gym. I'm such a sluggard lately. Ugh.
I think I'll do a challenge from "Dare to Tri" and start a revolution in my gym time and add to that some proper nutrition.
Hmmmm. . . let me think about that.
