Well, a bit of good news I have (as Yoda might say). In my second complete week of the health improvement deal, I have managed to stay on track. Yipee! Week 1 resulted in a 9 pound loss and week 2 has given (or taken away) 4 pounds! So, essentially, this means that I've reached my planned loss for January and, actually, exceeded it by a pound. I don't think I'll be resting on my laurels. This week will be wild, with meeting for the grant daily and, I'm afraid, late. I don't like going to work out too late or I can't sleep.
Speaking of sleeping, that is what I should be doing now.
